Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
We offer reliable domestic shipping across the United States.
- Orders of $35.00 and above: FREE Standard Shipping
- Orders under $35.00: A flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 will be applied at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing Time: All orders take 1 to 2 business days to process, inspect, and package securely at our fulfillment centers before shipment.
- Standard Shipping Transit Time: Once shipped, your package will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days.
Note: Total estimated delivery time is the processing time plus the transit time.
Tracking Your Order
Your tracking number will be automatically updated and emailed to you within 24 to 48 hours after your package leaves our facility. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
⚠️ Important Hazmat & Domestic Delivery Restrictions
Because fire extinguishers contain pressurized dry chemical agents, they are legally classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) under U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Ground Shipping Only: To comply with federal safety laws, all fire safety equipment must be transported via authorized ground shipping carriers (such as UPS Ground or FedEx Ground). Air transport or overnight shipping is strictly unavailable.
- Geographic Limitations: Due to strict ground-only transport mandates, we cannot ship our products to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers in these regions.
