Shipping Policy

At Ougist, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review the following details to understand our shipping terms and conditions.
🚚 Shipping Fees

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders placed on our official website. No minimum purchase is required.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Pre-sale or backordered items may take longer and will be marked accordingly on the product page.

📅 Holiday Shipping Delays

During national holidays and peak shopping seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), deliveries may experience delays due to increased carrier volume. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid disruptions.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Limitations:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Remote or inaccessible areas
  • Addresses restricted by law or classified as hazardous materials
📦 Shipping Carriers

We work with Amazon Logistics and other trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your order type and location.

📬 Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages based on availability or warehouse location. You will receive individual shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers for each shipment.

✏️ Address Changes

After placing your order, you have a 60-minute window to cancel and place a new order with the correct shipping address.

Important Notes:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled after 60 minutes.
  • If the address is incorrect and the package is lost, the customer is responsible for the loss.
  • Ougist does not offer refunds or replacements due to incorrect address submissions.
🚫 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to refusal, inaccessible address, or invalid address:

  • The package may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Additional shipping or restocking fees may apply.
  • Refunds will only be issued after receiving the returned item in its original condition.
📦 Signature Requirement

Some high-value or bulk shipments may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If the delivery attempt fails due to absence, the carrier may reschedule or return the package to the depot.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact our support team at:

We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use it to follow the delivery on the carrier's website.

📦 Bulk Orders & International Fulfillment

For wholesale or bulk purchases, some shipments may originate directly from our manufacturing facility in China.

Estimated delivery time: Approximately 35 days via ocean freight or consolidated shipping.

Ougist does not cover import duties or customs fees. The recipient is responsible for paying any additional charges required for customs clearance.
